An operator-led growth story: combining audience intelligence, partner packaging, and cross-functional launch execution to make sponsorship value clear.

Context & role

Context: Entity Gaming needed repeatable commercial packages that could serve both brand objectives and a fast-moving creator audience. My role: Digital Marketing Manager - owned positioning and GTM for brand and content, while coordinating marketing, talent, content, and production.

The problem / decision

How could the organization turn its audience and creator ecosystem into partnership offerings that a brand could understand, buy, and measure - without reducing the work to one-off campaign deliverables?

Method & artifacts

Commercial toolkit

Packages built around outcomes

  • Tiered GTM packages, value propositions, and partner positioning.
  • Campaign concepts and creator strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Competitive battlecards and market intelligence for executive decisions.

Operating model

Strategy through activation

Led a six-person cross-functional team across marketing, talent, content, and production - carrying a partnership from commercial narrative to launch, delivery, and performance measurement.

Recommendation & outcome

The work helped architect partner programs with executive leadership that generated $1.8M+ in co-branded revenue. Audience-informed positioning and coordinated activation contributed to 250M+ campaign impressions across a 2M+ audience in India and Europe.

What I would measure next

Beyond campaign reach, I would standardize partner scorecards around objective-specific lift: qualified audience action, creator-content completion, earned engagement, renewal rate, and revenue per commercial package.
